We have partnered exclusively with a global asset and investment manager to hire a Legal Counsel into their Abu Dhabi office. This client works with global investors, carrying multi-million or multi-billion dollar deals, all over the globe.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The role is intended to be a relatively junior position, supporting a wide team across commercial work and large deals.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

What you’ll be doing:<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Working with a top tier team of legal, risk, compliance and investment professionals worldwide.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Supporting all internal business units across legal and governance.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 A wide range of corporate support and assisting transactional deals.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Relationship management across co-investors, partnerships, overseas offices and outside counsel.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Who you’ll likely need to be in order to succeed:<\/p>\n

\u00b7 2-4 PQE Common Law qualified with experience from a sophisticated financial services market (London, New York, Singapore).<\/p>\n

\u00b7 A top tier law firm background is essential (likely White Shoe \/ Magic Circle), with additional in-house being helpful.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Strong blended skill set that covers general commercial, corporate operations and governance, with transactional deal experience being helpful.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Those based in the Gulf right now will be prioritised, but overseas applications are welcome.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
