In this role, you will provide legal support on complex, high-value commercial projects with an international scope, working closely with stakeholders across sales, finance, procurement, project management and operations.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This position offers exposure to sophisticated contract negotiations, cross-border transactions and a diverse range of legal matters throughout the full project lifecycle. and long-term career growth.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft, review, negotiate and finalise a wide range of commercial agreements and project contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Advise internal stakeholders on legal and contractual risks associated with international projects and commercial transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Support contract management activities throughout the project lifecycle.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and manage legal documentation, corporate records, contracts and legal databases.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor legal and regulatory developments and translate these into practical policies, procedures and contractual templates.<\/li>\n<li>Provide legal guidance to business functions including sales, finance, procurement, supply chain, project management and service operations.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the management of claims, disputes, litigation matters and interactions with external legal counsel where required.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes, policies and governance frameworks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Master&#8217;s degree in Law, preferably with a focus on commercial, international or business law.<\/li>\n<li>4-8 years of experience as Legal Counsel, Company Lawyer or within private practice.<\/li>\n<li>Strong drafting, negotiation and contract management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience advising on complex commercial agreements, ideally within an international business environment.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical abilities and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience or affinity with engineering, construction, maritime, renewable energy, industrial or technology sectors.<\/li>\n<li>A willingness to travel internationally when required.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in
