These will be addressed in the governance framework of the organisation so that its purpose is advanced at the same time as the, sometimes competing, interests of the various stakeholders are managed and the organisation is able to keep moving forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Why do you think General Counsel&#8217;s make good Trustee&#8217;s?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GC\u2019s typically have a broad exposure to many different issues, both legal and governance related.
