Working closely with business stakeholders, you will play a key role in helping the organisation secure and deliver significant contracts while managing legal and commercial risk.<\/p>\n<h3>The role<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead legal support on major procurement exercises, tender submissions and bid opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, concession agreements and framework arrangements.<\/li>\n<li>Advise on public and private sector procurement matters throughout the bid lifecycle.<\/li>\n<li>Assess legal and commercial risk and provide practical, solution-focused advice to stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Support business development and growth initiatives across the UK and Europe.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Commercial, Procurement, Finance and operational teams to deliver strategic projects.<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with external counsel where required.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to wider legal and governance initiatives across the Group.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>The ideal candidate<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified lawyer with 3-8 years&#8217; PQE.<\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial contracts experience gained in private practice or in-house.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting procurement, tendering, bid or concession processes.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Pragmatic, business-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to regulated sectors, infrastructure, transport or public sector contracting would be advantageous but is not essential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Why apply?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to work on high-value, strategically important procurement and tender projects.<\/li>\n<li>Direct exposure to senior commercial stakeholders across the business.<\/li>\n<li>Varied and commercially focused workload with real business impact.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative and experienced legal team.<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid working with 3 days per week in the London office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 8pt\">Please note our advertisements use PQE\/salary levels purely as a guide.
