The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, support key revenue-generating transactions and help mentor more junior members of the legal team.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Key responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial customer and supplier agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting strategic transactions and business-critical projects.<\/li>\n<li>Advising stakeholders across commercial, business development and finance functions.<\/li>\n<li>Providing pragmatic, risk-based legal advice to support business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers within the team.<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to legal process improvement and adoption of legal technology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Candidate profile:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>UK qualified lawyer, ideally around 4-7 PQE, although candidates outside this range will be considered.<\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial contracts experience gained in-house or in private practice.<\/li>\n<li>Telecoms experience is not required.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable managing matters independently and building trusted relationships with stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Commercial, pragmatic and collaborative approach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additional information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>London-based role.<\/li>\n<li>Typically 3 days per week in the office.<\/li>\n<li>Open to candidates seeking a 4-day week, including more senior lawyers returning from career breaks. Based on recruiter briefing notes.<\/li>\n<li>Salary broadly in the \u00a3105,000-\u00a3120,000 range, depending on experience.
