This role sits within a growing team and offers exposure to complex, cross-border conflicts work within a highly collaborative environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">The position focuses on the identification, analysis and resolution of ethical and commercial conflicts, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business and international teams.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Key responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Leading on complex conflicts analysis and resolution in line with regulatory frameworks<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Acting as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and international conflicts teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Reviewing engagement terms and drafting conflict waivers and consents<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Advising on the implementation of ethical walls and managing related documentation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Supporting the review and approval of new business intake and client onboarding processes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Providing guidance to junior team members and contributing to training initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Assisting with system improvements and contributing to process efficiency<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Candidate requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Strong experience within conflicts, preferably in a legal or professional services environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical rules (UK and\/or US frameworks)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex matters under time pressure<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Strong communication skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work independently<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 8pt\">Please note our advertisements use PQE\/salary levels purely as a guide.
