The position offers a sophisticated remit, combining complex transactional work, team leadership, and cross functional collaboration.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The Role<\/p>\n<p>This individual will play a central role in leading high value commercial and technology transactions, while overseeing a team supporting the organization&#8217;s core business operations.<\/p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading complex commercial and technology transactions, including strategic partnerships, licensing, advertising, and vendor agreements<\/li>\n<li>Advising senior stakeholders across product, technology, and business teams<\/li>\n<li>Managing and developing a team supporting commercial legal matters across multiple functions<\/li>\n<li>Serving as a trusted advisor and deputy to a senior legal leader<\/li>\n<li>Supporting strategic initiatives and advising on emerging legal, regulatory, and technology related risks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Candidate Profile<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15+ years of legal experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in commercial and technology transactions, ideally with top law firm training<\/li>\n<li>Significant in house experience with increasing responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage and develop legal teams<\/li>\n<li>Experience handling complex, high stakes transactions and advising senior stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to media, technology, or digital platforms is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additional Details<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compensation: $260K to $300K base, plus bonus and long term incentives<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid working model, 3 days per week in New York office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a dynamic, fast paced
