This is an excellent opportunity for an AML professional with strong client due diligence and sanctions experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As AML Risk &amp; Compliance Analyst, you&#8217;ll be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of AML and client onboarding processes, helping to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks. You&#8217;ll work closely with senior compliance stakeholders, legal teams and business leaders across multiple jurisdictions.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct Client Due Diligence (CDD) on corporate and individual clients.<\/li>\n<li>Complete AML checks and risk assessments for new and existing clients.<\/li>\n<li>Undertake Politically Exposed Person (PEP) screening and verification activities.<\/li>\n<li>Perform sanctions screening across global sanctions regimes and investigate potential matches.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with partners and stakeholders to obtain required AML documentation and information.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update compliance systems and databases accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare AML review packs and recommendations for management sign-off.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor existing client files and conduct ongoing due diligence reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Support audit requests and regulatory compliance initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with process improvement projects and implementation of enhanced AML procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Provide training and support to colleagues within the compliance function.<\/li>\n<li>Escalate AML and sanctions concerns to senior compliance management where appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>AML\/CDD experience within legal, professional services or financial services.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of UK AML regulations and sanctions screening.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent research, analytical and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n<li>Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.<\/li>\n<li>Degree educated, ideally in Law or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to international AML and sanctions compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using AML screening and compliance platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested?
