{"id":124000,"date":"2026-08-04T04:30:01","date_gmt":"2026-08-04T04:30:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.taylorroot.com\/job\/paralegal-corporate-compliance-uk-law-firm\/"},"modified":"2026-08-04T04:30:02","modified_gmt":"2026-08-04T04:30:02","slug":"paralegal-corporate-compliance-uk-law-firm-124000","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/srgroup.highrise.digital\/zh-hans\/job\/paralegal-corporate-compliance-uk-law-firm-124000\/","title":{"rendered":"Paralegal &#8211; Corporate &amp; Compliance, UK Law firm"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are partnering with a leading international firm in Hong Kong seeking to hire into its Corporate &amp; Compliance team, advising clients on Hong Kong and U.S. listings and offering exposure to complex, cross-border work.<\/p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a confident, personable approach; an outgoing personality, looking to gain exposure to high-quality advisory work and develop within a collaborative, high-performing team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you&#8217;ll be doing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist Partners and Associates in advising clients on IPO listing matters, with a focus on compliance, due diligence, and transaction support<\/li>\n<li>Conduct legal and factual due diligence on proposed listing companies, including reviewing corporate documents, disclosures, and supporting materials<\/li>\n<li>Support the preparation, organisation, and tracking of verification notes, due diligence records, and other transaction documents<\/li>\n<li>Carry out legal and regulatory research on sanctions, trade controls, and related compliance issues, and assist in preparing internal summaries or client-facing materials<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with clients, counterparties, and internal team members to coordinate information requests, document collection, and meeting follow-up<\/li>\n<li>Provide broader paralegal and administrative support, including matter management, file organisation, and ad hoc tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>What we&#8217;re looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 years&#8217; paralegal experience, ideally within a corporate team at an international law firm<\/li>\n<li>Law degree is essential<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and spoken English and Chinese<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organised with strong communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 8pt\">Please note our advertisements use PQE\/salary levels purely as a guide.
